Well christmas was fantastic! We had the three girls together (along with a boyfriend) and us for Christmas Eve. This is the first christmas we didn't haven't Alex with us :( Very sad for Mumma, but maybe next year we can all be together, if not for christmas, at least at some other time during the year. Its hard when all the kids are big and everyone is living in a different city in Australia.
Anyway, christmas very special and we had an awesome time. Luckily they all seemed to love their head scarves.
We'd all had a few wines, so "Rosie dog" was dressed up in one as well.....
Somehow, Rosie didnt seem too fussed at all.... poor thing.
Well its official..... I think all the girls think I'm acting like a nana doing all this knitting. I've told them its the up and coming thing here in Melbourne, but somehow, they just don't believe me....
Here are the beautiful girls. I've knitted them headscarf's with Pear Tree Farm 8-ply yarn for chrissy. Hope they love them. Its an odd gift to give at christmas being so hot, but its also so nice to get something thats made with love. Cross your fingers.x
Well here I am in Melbourne, having a wonderful time with Glen.... the husband of the year! We haven't stepped foot outside literally a square mile of our new home since we moved from WA and we both cant wait to explore beautiful Melbourne.
